In a rare in-season three game series, the Grand Rapids Drive takes game one 119-109 over Sioux Falls Skyforce on New Year’s Day at the DeltaPlex  Arena.

On December 13, the Most Outstanding Player of the 2014 Final Four NCAA was sent to the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the NBA Development League.  Seventeen days later, he returns for his second stint.

After dishing out 35 over two games and leading the Sioux Falls Skyforce to two victories, Larry Drew II earns his first NBADL Performer of the Week Award.

It wasn’t exactly a waltz across Texas, but the Sioux Falls Skyforce finished 3-0 against teams from the Lone Star State with a 117-108 victory over the Austin Spurs in a Saturday night skirmish at the Sanford Pentagon.

For the second consecutive game, the Sioux Falls Skyforce put forth a record-breaking performance.  This time the Rio Grande Valley Vipers were victimized in a 135-129 shootout Skyforce win on Christmas night.

The top 30 list called the Prospect Watch does not contain his name, but for an NBA team looking for a steady hand to run an offense, Sioux Falls Skyforce guard Larry Drew II might fit the bill.
