The Sioux Falls Skyforce continued their winning ways with a 106-99 win over the Ft. Wayne Mad Ants on Wednesday night. The Skyforce (17-11) have won seven of their last eight and solidify their status as the best road team in the NBA Development League.

Two impressive games bring honors to two members of the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Both Demetris Nichols and Donald Sloan were named NBA Development League Co-Performers of the Week.

After an overtime win on Friday, there was less drama Saturday night as the home team never trailed the Reno Bighorns in a 105-87 drubbing at the Sioux Falls Arena on Military Night.

Down 16 points in the second quarter, the Sioux Falls Skyforce come roaring back on Reno to win in overtime 117-114. Demetris Nichols scored a season high 34 points and Donald Sloan posted a triple double of 22 points, 14 assists and 13 rebounds.

After a string of games that led to three straight home wins, Demetris Nichols of the Sioux Falls Skyforce was today named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Jan. 14-20.

A 102-93 Skyforce victory Saturday night extended their winning streak to three games.

Friday night it was Sioux Falls making the plays at the end to force overtime then pulling away in the extra session 106-101.

First off, the result was a 99-83 win for the Sioux Falls Skyforce over the Santa Cruz Warriors. In the subtext is a lost geographic rival in the Dakota Wizards with their move from Bismark, North Dakota to Santa Cruz California.

The soothing Sioux Falls Skyforce mirage snapped into cold reality as the Rio Grande Valley Vipers caught fire from long distance and cruised to a 107-92 victory on Friday night.

More shots taken because of offensive rebounds collected sent the Bakersfield Jam past the Sioux Falls Skyforce 103-88 at the NBA Development League Showcase.
